Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin puree, apple cider, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  4. Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Let cool completely before storing in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
