- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine pumpkin puree, apple cider, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Let cool completely before storing in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
