- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix the ingredients gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Spread additional ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
