- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey.
- Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Stir until well combined.
- Place chicken pieces in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through.

- For best results, marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
