Description
A flavorful and healthy meal featuring salmon glazed with honey and sriracha, served over sesame rice.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey and sriracha.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey-sriracha mixture.
- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- While salmon bakes, rinse rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
- Remove rice from heat; stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Fluff rice with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve salmon over sesame rice and garnish with green onion.
Notes
- This dish is great for meal prep.
- Adjust sriracha based on your heat preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
