Healthy Greek Chicken Meal Prep Bowls are nutritious and flavorful meals inspired by Greek cuisine. They feature grilled chicken, olives, cucumbers, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce, perfect for easy lunch or dinner prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it.
  3. In meal prep containers, layer quinoa, grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
  4. Add a dollop of tzatziki sauce on top of each bowl.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Seal the containers and store them in the refrigerator.
