Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli florets and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
  7. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat.
  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  9. Serve hot.
