Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
