  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into uniform tender shapes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
