- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Cut chicken into uniform tender shapes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Dip each chicken tender first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
