Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
