Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  8. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Stir in chopped dill.
  10. Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  11. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  12. Serve immediately.
