- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in chopped dill.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
