Delicious homemade egg bites that mimic Starbucks’ famous recipe.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) or air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add in cooked bacon or vegetables and mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or silicone molds.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. For oven, bake for 25-30 minutes. For air fryer, cook for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before removing from molds.
