Delicious homemade egg bites that mimic Starbucks’ famous recipe.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) or air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add in cooked bacon or vegetables and mix well.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- For oven, bake for 25-30 minutes. For air fryer, cook for 15-18 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
- Experiment with different fillings like spinach or feta.
