Cinnamon Sugar Churro Cheesecake Bars combine the flavors of churros with creamy cheesecake in a bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar. Sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
