Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, sugar, water, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened.
- Remove cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Wipe rims, apply lids and bands.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Remove jars and let cool completely.
