Description
A creamy and cheesy chicken alfredo bake that’s perfect for a family dinner. This comforting casserole is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 jar (16 oz) alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the alfredo sauce and milk. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Add cooked broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving for a touch of color.
