- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine rice, vegetable broth, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in the sautéed broccoli mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
