Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine rice, vegetable broth, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Stir in the sautéed broccoli mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
