Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into fries, about 1/4-inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
