A simple and tasty baked feta pasta dish with spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients

- 200g pasta of your choice
- 200g feta cheese
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 150g fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach around the feta.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes burst.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once baked, combine the feta and tomatoes with the pasta.
- Mix well and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers.
- This dish is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
