Delicious and easy air fryer apple hand pies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of apple mixture on one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the other half over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Place pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
